Steps:
Review the Offer
Check product relevance, availability, pricing and validity
Coordinate Internally
Share the offer with the procurement/sourcing team
Forward to sales if offer supports a customer inquiry or RFQ
Get feedback from commercial, quality, or finance teams (if needed)
Record Offer Details
Log offer in supplier database or procurement tracker
Include product specs, price, terms, and contact details
Close Request
Mark as processed once response is sent and offer is logged
TAT: As per internal priority (suggested: within 24 hours- 48 hrs)
