EDG - Retail Ticket Creation Process

 Steps:

  1. Click ➕ New → New Ticket

  2. Add Contact Details

    • Customer’s name

    • Email or phone number

  3. Set Source → Phone

  4. Update Subject→ e.g Product Complaint

  5. Set Status → Open

  6. Set Priority → Low

  7. Select Group → EDG - Retail

  8. Assign Agent → Choose your name

  9. Fill in Description

    • Reason why the customer contacted us

    • What you informed or did

    • Next action (if any) 

  10. Select the Store - Location → e.g Nad Al Hammar

  11. Select the Brand → e.g Geant

  12. Select the  Call Direction → e.g Inbound

  13. Select the Call Language → e.g English

  14. Set Category1→ e.g Complaints

  15. Set Category2 → e.g. Retail Product Price

  16. Set Category3 → e.g. High

  17. Select the Department → e.g. Retail Operations

  18. Create
