Steps:

  • Provide acknowledgement and reassurance about the request

  • Take necessary action

  • Forward to the concerned department

  • Inform customer upon completion

  • Add resolution notes

  • Resolve ticket

TAT: 4–12 hours
 Escalation: If not fulfilled within 12 hours or requires approval
