EDG - Retail - Return and Refund

Steps:

  • Validate return request (within policy window, reason valid, etc.)

  • Check if item is returnable (some are not)

  • Coordinate with the concerned department

  • Update customer once the resolution is provided

  • Resolve ticket

TAT:

  • Refund: 5–7 business days
     Escalation: 7+ days for no refund
