I have one item that I need to refund, may I know how to do that?

  • Products that require special storage conditions like medicines and any items sold against insurance claims are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, all orthopedic supports, braces and stockings are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Special storage conditions such as fridge items, injectables are strictly nonrefundable.
  • Items purchased on gift vouchers, items under insurance, controlled medicines and semi controlled medicines are nonrefundable.
  • Items such as hosiery, body supports, straps, wearables are nonrefundable.
  • Baby milk products are nonrefundable.
